2010 Readers’ Choice Award - Vote Now!


Each year, the Sarasota Herald Tribune asks the community to vote on local Sarasota businesses to recognize businesses’ commitment and dedication to service and community. Take Care Private Duty Home Health Care has been honored recipients of the Sarasota Herald-Tribune’s READERS’ CHOICE AWARD since 2004.

This is your opportunity to give voice to the businesses whom you feel deserve such standing and recognition. Take Care hopes to receive your vote for the 6th year in a row. Must be at least 18 to enter. Only one entry per person permitted. At least 25 categories must be filled out. Ballot must include name, date of birth, address and telephone number. Entry not meeting these criteria will not be tabulated, nor entered in the drawing for $1,000 cash.

Your favorite choice in each category must be located in one of the following zip codes: 34228, 34229, 34231, 34232, 34233, 34234, 34235, 34236, 34237, 34238, 34239, 34240, 34241, 34242, 34243, 24201, 34202.
